It is situated in the village of Goathland, in a conservation area, just set back off the main high street, near the picturesque coastal town of Whitby in North Yorkshire and set in a 2.5 acre plot with gardens and woodland. The Grange Holiday Cottage is an excellent base to explore the Moors, see the abundant wildlife or for coastal and countryside walks. It is a tranquil haven if you are looking for somewhere to relax or spend time with family and friends or take in the stunning views.

The Grange:
The Grange Holiday Cottage is furnished and fitted to a high standard, so you will instantly feel at home. The repro style radiators are cast iron and the new sash windows are double glazed to keep you cosy all year round while the wood burning stove will warm you on cold winter evenings.
Located in an idyllic, tranquil setting, the holiday cottage is situated in the North York Moors, surrounded by abundant wildlife. With plenty of off street parking and only a few minutes walk from the village centre and popular railway station.
There are three bedrooms: upstairs there is a bedroom with a king sized bed and ensuite with free-standing bath and hand shower. Across the landing a further large bedroom offers twin single beds. Downstairs there is another bedroom with a king sized bed. Also, downstairs there is a sleek shower room. Both double bedded rooms offer incredible views across the moor, unobscured across a private field which is frequently filled with grazing sheep. Facing west, these bedrooms are the perfect vantage point to watch the sun set.
The kitchen area is well-equipped with quality appliances including a stove with ceramic hob and a centre table.Stepping outside, you will find a sunny, secluded yard with furniture and a large Weber BBQ.There is ample secure enclosed parking for three cars. Two friendly dogs are welcome.
